Haven Management Ltd is the on-site maintenance company at Chelsey Village committed to providing the owners and guests of Chelsey Village with superior site maintenance to ensure the communal areas and facilities of the village are maintained to a high standard and are fit for purpose. With the benefit of our on-site office owners and guests are able to discuss any issues they may have directly with the maintenance company. Haven Management Ltd also has a range of additional cost services including property management packages providing owners with regular property inspections and utility bill payments. Owners can relax safe in the knowledge their property is being looked after and the utility bill payments are being kept up to date.

A rentals program will also be introduced advertising properties for long and short term lets
