If you prefer a lawyer of our company, we pay the costs of drafting and signing of the contract - £250, and you pay only £1,000 for the full package of services.
This package includes the following services:
first consultation,
work on preparation of documents for obtaining permission to purchase foreign real estate
registration of transfer of rights of ownership to the buyer's name in the relevant bodies,
power of attorney to the attorney (including, if required)
banking services for money transfers (including, if required).
If each of the services to be purchased separately, the cost of services would include:
first consultation - £100
work on preparing and obtaining approval to acquire the instruments of real estate by foreigners - £750
work on the transfer of ownership to the buyer's name in the relevant bodies - £500
power of attorney to the lawyer - £50
banking services for money transfers - £70
In addition you can always make a will - £100
