Construction specifications
  Foundation works. All structural concrete to be of BS 225. All steel reinforcement to be of ST.l . Roof timber formwork to be in compliance with BS standards.
  Brickwork. Standard bricks to be used for walls (measuring10х20х30cm). All floors to be DPC membrane fitted.
  Walls. Walls and ceiling are finished with 3 coats of cement render and plaster.
  Paintwork. Plastic emulsion paint of high standard to be used for walls and ceilings.
Balconies, terraces and roofs to be constructed with DPC membrane.
  Tiles. High quality ceramic tiles to be used for all floors and partially walls. A wide variety of colours, shades, textures and patterns is available. Scratch-resistant, heat and water-proof. Grout is also available in a variety of colours. Its durability, easy maintenance and attractiveness are definite advantages.
  Doors. Internal doors to be American pressed. External doors to be wood. Handles and locks are included.
  Furniture. Fully fitted kitchen includes cabinets, wall cabinets, breakfast bar and plastic laminate counter top. Laminate is durable, easy to clean, water resistant and a wide range of colours, textures and patterns is available. All bedrooms to have full size closets. Come-in set furniture is also included.
  Sanitary Fittings. Sanitary fittings and accessories to be of high quality for durability.
Water. Mains water supply. Pressured water system. In addition - 2 tons water tank located underground and1 ton roof tank to be included.
