Talat «We believe in the benefit of an early solution»

Following the meeting of TRNC President Mehmet Ali Talat and the UN Secretary General’s Undersecretary for Political Affairs Ibrahim Gambari, President Talat stated that they had a good meeting with Gambari and his team, they forwarded his opinion, ideas and messages to Gambari and they expected the UN to make attempts to the solution in Cyprus as soon as possible.

Expressing that difficulties and problems increased, President Talat stated that at the meeting they explained that they urgently needed a solution in Cyprus because as time goes by, solving the problems will be more difficult. Talat said “we believe that the solution should come earlier.”
